90 Day Return Policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. It's not a "no questions asked" policy because we really do want to know why it did not meet your needs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition. All components must be included and we ask that you clean and dry any returned gear before you send it back. Please use the original packaging and do not write on the packaging. You will need to enclose a copy of your order. Please note that we do not require the item to be new and unused - we just ask that it be clean and dry.

Returns other than manufacturer defect or our error will be at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the return is received, allow us up to 5 business days to process the return. Your credit card may take a few more days to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective Product Warranty
For manufacturers defects, please contact us at help@threeridgesgear.com We may ask for closeup pictures of the damaged area and will repair or replace at our discretion for up to one year from purchase. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned for evaluation before we resolve the problem.
Sometimes stuff happens that's not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us anyway and we'll see what we can do to help. We may be able to repair or replace the damaged item at a nominal cost or offer a solution to repair your self. Tenacious tape fixes a lot of "oops"
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of our warehouse receiving the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that we have no way to check the status of your return until we process it.
