No problems setting up the tent and stove. Had the unit set up for a week and good test as it rained for 5 of the 7 days. Stove worked efficiently, very impressive heat production. Noted one abnormality on a door panel, contacted the company and a new tent was sent up immediately.
I set up the new tent and since we are still having a very rainy season was a good test for the unit. Performance was great. Now ready for our camping trip to remote location in Alaska.

Haven't gotten a chance whating for the cold winter weather to get here so I can do some cold weather floating on the river but it looks like it's going to work out well

The insert arrived quickly and is exactly as expected. It fit perfect in my megahorn tent and was easy to install. I would definitely recommend Three Ridges Gear Co.

So far this little stove has worked great. Packs up small and compact. Door opening allows for larger size firewood. Legs are a little light but do their job. I made some feet from fender washers. Stove pipe, dampener, and spark arrester all work well and fit well. I like it and would recommend it. Altogether a nice little stove that takes the chill off.

I need a nest to keep bugs out and still be able to use my stove, this checked both boxes, it is large enough that my wife and I could use our backpacking cots inside it and still have room to move around. It is quick to set up, and stays tight that it’s not in your face. Has dual doors so you don’t have to worry about disturbing someone to go outside.

I had been looking for an upgrade to my existing hot tent and had shopped around extensively. I was a bit hesitant about buying this tent as I really only need room for two. I decided to take the chance and go for it.
I was impressed with the service that comes along with the ordering process. I was assisted with my order by prompt emails. Once my tent arrived I had to try it. Into the backyard I went and started the process of figuring out a new product. Immediately my impression was ease and convenient to lay out and set up. I was amazed by the amount of space available. With a few nights of late spring camping in so far I can definitely say I’m looking forward to taking this into the field in all 4 seasons. I purchased the 3 Ridges Gear stove top and damper not knowing if it would fit my old Luxe stove as the old damper system on the Luxe stove was less than ideal. Jim with 3 ridges got the top and damper to me in short time. The new top fit better than the original top and the 3 Ridges damper design is a HUGE improvement to the original Luxe design. Top notch company to work with, Jim offered to accept the top and damper as a return if the top did not fit the original stove, I did not have to take him up on the offer. I will do business with them in the future.

By far my most favorite hot tent, I’ve used it for the first time hot tenting and it was awesome, I had plenty of room, quality is superb and I love that there’s 3 door in the tent. I ordered Monday and it came in my mail Friday as promised it only took 4 days for shipping. If any one looking for 4season tent or specially hot tent for cold weather this is the one.
